Patrick J. McLain is a former U.S. Marine Corps military judge, federal prosecutor, and seasoned trial lawyer with over 30 years of criminal defense experience. He conducts a nationwide military and civilian practice, defending clients in federal and state courts, including complex white-collar cases, computer crimes, narcotics, DUI, and violent offenses. McLain has served in all six military branches, providing court-martial defense and administrative counsel, and competes in Veterans Affairs representation. He holds AV Preeminent ratings and is a Texas Super Lawyers honoree (2009–2025), maintaining high peer and community acclaim for legal ability and ethics. With roots as a federal prosecutor in Dallas, he brings a dual-edge perspective to cases.
